Assessment centre

TalentEdu’s assessment centre solution enables our clients to assess candidates in an engaging manger through a robust methodology when face-to-face meetings is not suitable.

We can design, organise and run individual assessments through to full assessment centre days with multiple candidates with exercises and assessors. Our team will design the assessment centre around your requirements, including running a full assessment centre on behalf of our client and presenting them with a final offer list, or providing a lead assessor to work alongside our clients to lead the day and provide coaching and quality assurance.
