Deputy Director Global Recruitment and Admissions (International)

In order to continue to grow our reputation globally, and develop our international activities, we’re looking to appoint a Deputy Director Global Recruitment and Admissions – International – to lead our International Office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a Global Top 100 University, help shape our international strategy, and deliver outstanding results across global engagement, international student recruitment, study abroad and exchange.

The Deputy Director will revitalise our work in the international space, having an eye for opportunities well-suited to Southampton and our ambitions, and a confident approach to working with high profile universities, organisations and individuals globally. This will include developing our approach to international activity in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic and the University’s sustainability strategy.

Candidates should be experienced in leading and managing multi-functional teams, as well as influencing colleagues and partners at all levels, and delivering change in a large and complex organisation.

This post is offered on a full-time, permanent basis.
