About the role

As the Chief Digital and Information Officer, you’ll be responsible for guiding the direction and management of our Digital and IT services. You’ll be a key advisor, emphasising a user-focused approach throughout the University, especially focusing on accessibility.

You’ll report directly to the Vice-President (Operations) and work closely with the University’s leadership team to ensure the successful implementation of our IT initiatives and Digital Strategic Plan.

Your leadership will be crucial in encouraging innovation and delivering excellent service. You’ll lead the development of forward-thinking strategies and implement advanced technologies to improve the University’s digital infrastructure.

 

About you

You will be an experienced specialist able to navigate the complexities of strategic technology transformation. You will lead the way in improving how we use technology in our University. Your leadership will direct our organisation towards excellence, utilising your experience to enhance customer journeys and strengthen digital infrastructure. With a sharp eye for risk and innovation, you’ll pioneer change initiatives, ensuring resilience and progress.

Your leadership skills will stand out as you guide a team of specialists, fostering collaboration and ensuring our digital and IT services seamlessly support business priorities.
