Business Change Lead

As Business Change Lead, you will champion the engagement and communication activities for the new Student Administration and Continuous Improvement team and be responsible for driving forward business change and innovation to support the student experience. 

You will act as a change champion for the transformation of Campus Solutions, challenging established ways of working and practices across the organisation. You will be adept at engaging with stakeholders at all levels?and an experienced communicator able to exploit a variety of tools (newsletters, webpages, workshops, conferences) to support new ways of working. 

Your background will include a compelling mix of communication and change management skills. You will have proven experience of developing communication and engagement strategies, of managing transformation in large organisations and will possess a thorough knowledge of change management principles. You will be an excellent communicator who is at ease working across organisational boundaries and with internal and external stakeholders. 

As the successful candidate, you will be educated to a degree level or have an equivalent professional qualification.

The post is offered on a 2 year fixed term contract. Hours of work are full-time (36.25 hours per week; however applications are also welcome from candidates wishing to work part-time (minimum 29 hours per week).
